Our Mission

At Medical Outreach and Community Assistance of Western New York (MOCA of WNY), we believe that access to healthcare is a fundamental human right. For over 14 years, our dedicated team of high school students, volunteers, and medical professionals has traveled to communities around the world, from Ghana to the Dominican Republic to Cambodia, bringing essential medical and surgical care to those who need it most.

Our mission is more than just providing care, it’s about building trust, empowering communities, and creating lasting impact. We are committed to serving the underserved, addressing health disparities, and inspiring the next generation of compassionate leaders in medicine. Every patient we reach, every life we touch, and every barrier we help overcome reminds us why we do this work: to heal, to uplift, and to ensure that no one is left behind!
